Shipping charges are calculated based on volume, which varies with distance. We primarily work with trusted courier partners including XpressBees, Trackon, Professional, and DTDC.

Shipments are processed only after payment is confirmed and typically take 3 to 8 days, depending on the delivery location.

An opening video is mandatory for every shipped order

To ensure transparency and accountability, an opening video is required for every order shipped.
- We kindly request an opening video when you receive your order—this helps us ensure everything arrives safely and as expected.
